S100shop.co.uk will send your order with TNT post, the best carrier available. At this way we can guarantee that your order will be delivered safely at the address you entered. Upon receipt of your order the TNT post employee will ask for a signature. If you are not at home when the order is delivered they will leave a notice in your mailbox and try to deliver it the next day. If you are not at home at the second attempt the TNT staff will notice you the address of the pickup location for your order. The package will be available at this location for three weeks. With signing for your package you agree that the package was received in good order. If the parcel is damaged, please refuse the package and notify us. We will contact you by return and solve the problem as fast as possible.
Note: COD orders are not delivered on Saturday.

We offer you a 14 days money back guarantee. If you want to return your order, please notify us within 14 days by an e-mail to info@s100shop.nl. Please let us know your reason for return and include your order number. We will contact you soon with instructions to return your order. After we received your order back we will refund your total purchase price and the delivery costs we initially charged you.
